Concourse C West Expansion

Denver International Airport (DEN) is planning a 400,000-square-foot expansion of Concourse C-West, adding up to 11 new gates with completion targeted for 2030 or 2031. This project, part of DIA’s strategy to accommodate 100 million annual passengers, also includes updates to the airport’s de-icing facility and enhanced customer amenities such as outdoor areas, nursing rooms, and pet relief areas. DIA has announced plans to award a program management contract by Q1 2025 and is notably seeking a small business to lead the management team, aligning with its commitment to support smaller enterprises. This final concourse expansion follows a $2.5 billion multi-year program that added 39 gates across the airport and emphasizes the growing demand for construction expertise in large-scale aviation projects.
