North Terminal Expansion

This initiative aims to renovate and expand the airport’s north terminal area, which has remained largely unchanged since the airport’s opening. The expansion will include additional security lanes and airline counters to accommodate increasing passenger traffic and the growing number of international flights. Designs for the project are expected to commence in 2025, with DEN planning to reallocate approximately $130 million from its current renovation budget to fund this expansion. This project is part of DEN’s broader strategy to enhance infrastructure and services in response to record-breaking passenger volumes.
